Since we are participating in the Walk To End Alzheimer's in October, we will have a speaker from the Alzheimer's Association. Did you know that 55 million people worldwide are dealing with Alzheimer's and dementias? And tthere are 6 million in the US? Come learn all about the latest in the fight against Alzheimer's.

Our menu this month is a Salad Bar with Baked Potato. The dessert will be make-your-own sundaes! Dinner is $24 by cash/check or $26 by credit card.

Get Your Raffle Tickets!

MIP will be selling raffle tickets for a 3-piece Vera Bradley weekender luggage set at this year's FIWT Annual Convention. Tickets are $10 each or 3 for $20. The winner will be drawn at the luncheon on Saturday, September 30th.

Not going to Convention? No worries! You can purchase raffle tickets from any MIP member prior to September 28th.
​
Proceeds from the raffle tickets will go toward our Scholarship Fund.
​
Note: The jewelry and candle are not part of the raffle items.

OUR STORY

Metroplex Insurance Professionals was established as Insurance Women of the Metroplex in March 2, 1977. We are a non-profit professional organization that is affiliated with The Federation of Insurance Women of Texas (FIWT). We are a group of insurance professionals who meet once a month to unite for the purpose of education, the opportunity to network with industry individuals, fellowship and business over dinner.
Our purpose is to encourage and support the insurance principles, programs and regulations that are in the best public interest; to encourage high standards of ethical and professional conduct by all members; to promote a greater public understanding and knowledge of the insurance industry and to foster food fellowship among its members.
Membership is comprised of any person in the insurance and insurance-related profession or occupation.
